1. About Vijaypath
Vijaypath is an educational programme operated by India International Multiversity ("we", "us" or "our"). It provides scholarship-syllabus learning support and may offer additional educational courses for students across different standards through the Vijaypath website, mobile application and related learning services.
Operator: India International Multiversity · Website: vijaypath.org · Support: contact@vijaypath.org · Administration: admin@vijaypath.org
2. Parent/guardian responsibility
The programme is intended for school-age students who are minors. A parent or lawful guardian must complete or authorise registration, provide accurate contact details, review these terms and the Privacy Notice, and supervise the student's use as appropriate.
Vijaypath supports three registration routes:
- Student self-registration, subject to the required parent/guardian authorisation for a minor.
- Registration facilitated by a school coordinator.
- Registration facilitated by an authorised partner.
A school coordinator or partner must only submit information for which they have appropriate authority and must follow Vijaypath's instructions for obtaining and recording parent/guardian consent. The registration route does not reduce the student's or parent/guardian's rights under applicable law.
3. Programme scope
Vijaypath may provide lessons, learning materials, practice questions, assessments, class schedules, announcements and related academic support. Exact content, timetable, duration and features depend on the programme/course enrolled in and the information shown at registration or purchase.
4. Course access
4.1 When access begins
Access to a purchased course begins once payment is successfully received and the enrolment is confirmed, or on the programme's published start date, whichever is later. A parent/guardian will be notified by email and on the registered mobile number when access becomes available.
4.2 Access period
Each course states its access period at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, access ends on the course's stated end date, or 12 months from the date of enrolment, whichever is later. Scholarship-syllabus programmes may be tied to the related examination cycle; the examination result does not extend or shorten the access period.
4.3 One account per student
Each account is for the named student and parent/guardian only. Sharing login credentials with another student, including a sibling, is not permitted. To protect account security and licensed content, Vijaypath may limit the number of devices or concurrent sessions per account to 2 devices and 1 active session; repeated sign-ins from additional devices may be refused or require re-verification.
4.4 Learning materials — personal use
Lessons, videos, practice questions and other materials are provided for the enrolled student's personal, non-commercial study only. Downloading is permitted only where the app or website provides a download control for that material. Rebroadcasting, re-uploading, screen-recording for sharing, extracting content for AI training sets, or any commercial reuse is not permitted. The rights in programme materials remain with Vijaypath and its licensors.
4.5 Programme changes and withdrawals
We may update, replace or withdraw individual lessons or materials for operational, educational or legal reasons. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the overall educational value of the enrolled course. Where a course is withdrawn in full by Vijaypath before the stated access period ends, we will offer either a replacement course of comparable value or a pro-rata refund of unused fees — this is an express carve-out from the "non-refundable" rule in the Refund Policy §1.
4.6 Access during disputes and account action
Access remains available during the review of a refund request unless Vijaypath reasonably believes the account has been misused. On confirmed misuse, serious safety concern or at the parent/guardian's written request, Vijaypath may suspend or close access; already-paid fees are then governed by the Refund Policy.
4.7 Non-transferable
A course and its access rights are personal to the enrolled student and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person — including a sibling, friend or another student at the same school.
5. Fees and payment
Applicable course fees and included services will be displayed before payment. Payments must be made through methods authorised by Vijaypath. Retain the payment confirmation and transaction/reference number. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy; access before, during and after a refund request is governed by §4 (Course access).
6. Appropriate use and learning materials
Users must use the app for its educational purpose, keep credentials confidential, not misuse another person's account or disrupt classes/assessments, and not copy, redistribute or commercially use learning materials without permission or as permitted by law. See §4.4 for the detailed rules on personal use of learning materials. Vijaypath and its licensors retain rights in programme materials, videos, questions, graphics and branding.
7. Availability and outcomes
We take reasonable steps to provide the programme, but access may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, device issues or third-party services. Vijaypath supports learning and preparation but does not guarantee a particular examination score, scholarship or selection outcome.
8. Suspension, updates and closure
We may update the programme or terms for operational, educational or legal reasons and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, serious misuse or student-safety concerns. A parent/guardian may request account assistance or closure at contact@vijaypath.org; access to already-paid courses on closure is handled under §4.6, and information is handled under the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
9. Contact and applicable law
For questions or complaints, contact contact@vijaypath.org. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
